We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website. However, there may be stock unavailability on very few occasions, and it is not explicitly reflected on the website, or we might not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. We will contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer a refund before delivering the available products to you.

Prescription Disclaimer

It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide correct prescription information at the time of purchase and to confirm further with a recent uploaded sight test prescription.  Catwalk Eyewear cannot take any liability once the frame and lens have been complete. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Due To Change Of Mind
Regarding refund, Catwalk Eyewear will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 5 business days of receipt of item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and required to arrange to ship.

Once the item(s) is received and is in resellable condition, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Regrettably, Catwalk Eyewear will only refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Return
Catwalk Eyewear will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. However, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Catwalk Eyewear to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • Refund to your payment method
  • A refund in store credit
  • A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Fast Delivery
Depending on the time of order, we offer Same-day FREE delivery for all orders within UK, London or rest of UK. However, charges apply to deliveries outside London. 

Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. However, this varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. Therefore, we can offer a more specific estimate when choosing your courier at the checkout.

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of an order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure we keep shipment delays to a minimum.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at for the next steps.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.


If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
